There are 5 connection points (these seem to be made of bakelite or another kind of early isolator). 2 bigger clamps for the current ("I") and a smaller one with the label "E". The remaining 2 have a label "1000 ohm" and "90V".
There is no mention of type or alike. Only a plaque on the wooden base reading "Siemens & Halske".
