Holosteric barometer in a leather carrying case. The barometer itself seems to be made of either laquered steel or brass plated. The scale runs from 57 to 78. The ring that can be adjusted has an outer scale from 0 to 26. The scales have some very light discoloration that seem typical for silver plated items, but I''m not sure of this.
