Instrument used to measure the density of liquids. Also called Mohr's balance.

Glass volume tip broken. Originally, there would be a platinum wire attached to the glass weight.

According to the included instruction sheet, there should also have been a thermometer to measure the temperature of the fluid of which the density should be measured. Also a tweezer for attaching the weights has been lost over time.
