Small topographic level/clinometer. On the inside of the tube is a removable brass block of wich half is made at 45° so when looking through the lens, one can see the position of the air bubble inside the level. By turning the level with the knob, the bubble can be positioned exactly at the cross wire seen through the lens. The angle can then be read from the scale, using he loupe when necessary.
