Voltmeter ATEA (0415)

Index: 0415

Year: 1934 ?

Maker: ATEA (Automatique Electrique de Belgique), Belgium

Dimensions: 12 x 10 x 6 cm (box)

Info

Handheld voltmeter. Assume specific for measuring cells as the dial indicates "EL" which I presume stands for "Element".

The scale has the ranges 0 to 2V and 0 to 6V. Indicated in red on the dial are the voltages 1 and 3. The range can be set to either 1 or 3 by using the dial switch on the back.

On the side, there is a red button which activates a resistance coil in the meter. Assume this serves as load to enable testing the cell under a load.

Inscriptions on the dial:

ATEA logo

(black arrow) LIMITE INFERIEURE POUSSOIR NON ENFONCE
