Small measuring stick with copper nails at specific distances from the end. The stick is tapered and has a width of 9mm at the smallest end and 17mm at the other end. Thickness is 10mm. The wood seems to be mahogany, but not sure.
On one of the sides, there are copper nails. Divisions are as follows (measured from the small end, which I assume is 0)(number of nails between parentheses):
