Analog voltmeter with minimum and maximum indicators (red arrows). The range on the scale is from 180 to 260 Volts. With the stacked knobs below the dial, the min- and max indicators have to be reset once the meter is connected at least 10 minutes to the mains. The meter itself is slow reacting after applying the power. No idea what kibnd of principle is used.
