Folding ruler made by John Rabone and Sons. Made in boxwood with brass hinges and endcaps. The ruler has a protractor at the main horizontal hinge for measuring angles (from 0 to 180°). Also a spiritlevel is embedded in one of the legs.

The total length of the ruler is 2 feet (24 inches) with markings every 1/8 on one side and every 1/16th on the other side. On the same side, there are also scales (extending over 2 legs) for 1/2 and 1/3ths.
