Mechanical revolutions counter with 2 scales: 0 to 100 and overflow 0 to 1000. The mechanism is purely gear driven with the measuring axle driving the first gear using a worm wheel.

The enclosure is cast iron. The gears within are made from brass.

The knobs on top of the dials and pointers can be loosened to reset the counter.

Seems Max Kohl was known for making all kind of scientific end educational instruments.
